Restoration Hardware metal top dining tables

February 20, 2017

Restoration Hardware has recalled several of their metal top dining tables due to the risk of lead exposure.
According to the retailer, the table’s metal top can contain lead, presenting a risk of lead exposure to children. They said the lead can be toxic if ingested and cause adverse health effects.
Restoration Hardware said they have received reports of elevated blood lead levels in four children in two homes where a recalled table was present.

Remedy:
Restoration Hardware said customers should immediately stop using the recalled tables, and cover them out of the reach of children. The company said they will issue a full replacement or refund.

Consumer Contact:
The tables were sold at Restoration Hardware Outlet stores nationwide and online at restorationharware.com from March 2012 through December of last year. The tables ranged in price from $750 to $2600.
